1. Which countries does yishijie Jewelry ship to?

We ship to almost all countries worldwide, but due to shipping restrictions, some countries are currently unavailable. We are very sorry for this and will continue to work on this issue in the future.

3. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Total delivery time = processing time + delivery time

(excluding customs delays, weekends, holidays and any unforeseen circumstances)

Delivery time

Order processing time: 2-5 business days. Expedited delivery time: 6-8 business days. Standard delivery time: 7-20 business days.

Wrong delivery information

If you fill in the wrong delivery address or contact information, please contact our customer service within 2 hours. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the delivery address. 4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with relevant information. 5. Why has your package been shipped, but the delivery information has not been updated? Once the product is delivered to the carrier, the tracking order number will be uploaded to the order page later. Due to international delivery, it takes 3-5 days for the package to reach the international delivery center. During this period, our store does not have inland transportation information from the international delivery center to our store. The delivery information will be updated after the package arrives at the international delivery center and is scanned. Please rest assured that you only need to wait 3-5 days to update the information. 6. What if the package is not delivered?

If the package has not been received 60 days after shipment, please contact us at yishijiecqxckj@gmail.com. We will resend your package or refund you in full.
