Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not accept items that are returned without a return request. Damage and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt, and if the item is defective, damaged, or sent in the wrong order, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.


Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customized products (such as special orders or personalized products) and gifts. If you have questions or concerns about your item, please contact us. Sorry, we do not accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.


Exchanges The quickest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item and purchase a new one if your return is accepted.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order or return the item within 14 days without giving any reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds Once we have received and inspected your return we will notify you whether a refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
